The newly come ExactScan Pro version includes an OCR agent to create easily searchable documents by a fingertip on-the-fly. Just selected the language from your document in the OCR preferences and differ to scan – some number crunching and a small in number seconds later you receive your searchable paper.

Together with Spotlight, the built-in indexing official function of Apple’s Mac OS 10.5 this even now forms a quite powerful document charge solution for small office / home duty (SOHO) environments.
Supported OCR languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
Additionally barcode memory is also built-in, and allows to furnish the recognized codes in your digitalize documents. Common uses of barcodes in the be in action-flow include automatic identification of products, transmission or invoice IDs.
